WILSON LEUNG 梁允信 is a barrister whose legal practice focuses on commercial litigation and constitutional law. Before turning to law, he studied philosophy at the London School of Economics and political science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is one of the founding members of the Progressive Lawyers Group 法政匯思, an activist group formed in the wake of the Umbrella Movement to promote democracy, human rights, and rule of law in Hong Kong. He is regularly quoted in the local media on politico-legal matters, and he has also written for the South China Morning Post, Hong Kong Free Press, and TIME.
