Cha Voices Archive

Cha Voices
.
In collaboration with the HKBU Phonology Lab, the Cha Voices Archive seeks to preserve the dynamics of Asian poetics through the genuine voices of our contributors.
.
The archive is intended to house audio files of Cha contributors reading their own poems published in the journal (one poem per contributor). These files will be made available online accompanied by a brief summary of the poet’s language background and a photograph. Thus the archive showcases the authenticity underlying the poem’s prosodic resonances that is also a phonological snapshot of the poet’s inner voice.
.
If you would like to contribute to the plethora of Cha‘s voices, please write to Β co-editor Tammy Ho Lai-Ming (t@asiancha.com) for more information on how to submit your recording. If you are a Hong Kong-based contributor or if you happen to be visiting our great city, and wish for your recording to be made at the HKBU Phonology Lab, we would be most delighted to arrange that.
